Privacy Policy

This policy explains how StayValid handles personal data. StayValid is operated by StayValid Pvt. Ltd. (working name; the operating entity is in the process of being established), reachable at contact@stayvalidhq.com. It applies to the StayValid marketing website at stayvalidhq.com and, once launched, to the StayValid application.
Data we collect
- Early-access form: your full name, job title, organisation name, work email, whether you are a business or a PRO agency, and your size band. You provide these directly.
- Basic technical data: standard server and content-delivery logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you visit the site, used for security and to keep the site running.
- Product application (once live): the documents, expiry dates, people, entities, and renewal records that a customer organisation chooses to store in StayValid.
How we use your data
- To contact you about early access and to set up your account when access opens.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website and the product.
- To send service messages and renewal reminders that you or your organisation configure.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Legal alignment
StayValid is built for the UAE first and is designed to align with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Where we serve users in other jurisdictions, we apply comparable data-protection principles: lawful basis, data minimisation, purpose limitation, and respect for data subject rights.
Service providers we rely on
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service. They process data on our behalf, under contract, only as needed to provide their service:
- FormSubmit: the early-access form is delivered to us through FormSubmit, a form-relay service. When you submit the form, your entries pass through FormSubmit purely so the message reaches our inbox. This processing may occur on servers outside the UAE. We do not use FormSubmit for advertising.
- Hostinger: website and business email hosting.
- Cloudflare: content delivery and security in front of the website.
- Microsoft Azure (UAE North): the planned hosting for the product application and customer data, located in the UAE region.
Where your data is stored
Product application data is designed to be hosted in the Azure UAE North (Dubai) region. Marketing-site form submissions are relayed through FormSubmit, which may process them outside the UAE, as noted above. We keep that flow limited to delivering your early-access request to us.
How we protect data
For the product application we apply technical and organisational measures including encryption at rest, tenant isolation at the database layer, scoped access controls, and a time-stamped audit log of actions. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent for our use of it. To make a request, email contact@stayvalidhq.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Data retention
We keep early-access data until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Product data is retained for as long as the customer organisation maintains its account, and is deleted on request in line with applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops. We will change the date at the top when we do, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
