Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the StayValid website at stayvalidhq.com and the StayValid early-access programme. The service is provided by StayValid Pvt. Ltd. (working name; the operating entity is being established). By using the site or joining early access, you agree to these terms.

What StayValid is. StayValid is a tool that tracks document and licence expiry dates and reminds the right people in time. StayValid does not perform renewals and does not file anything with any authority. The renewal itself is completed by you with the relevant authority. StayValid is not a law firm, a PRO agency, or a tax advisor, and it is not a substitute for one.

Early access and beta

Early access is offered while the product is still being built. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn, and the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during this period. We may invite, limit, or decline participation at our discretion.

Your responsibilities

Accounts and access

When the product launches, access will be tied to an account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Where you invite a PRO agency or other party, you control the scope of what they can see, and you can revoke that access.

Intellectual property

The StayValid name, brand, site, and software are owned by StayValid Pvt. Ltd. The data you put into StayValid remains yours; you grant us only the permissions needed to host and process it so we can provide the service.

Disclaimers

StayValid helps you stay aware of deadlines, but we do not guarantee compliance, and we do not promise that every deadline will be met. Government fees, grace periods, and renewal rules across the GCC change often, and any such figures shown in the product or on the site should be confirmed against the relevant official authority. You should treat StayValid as a reminder and record-keeping tool, not as legal or regulatory advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StayValid Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for fines, penalties, or missed deadlines arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai as the forum, once the operating entity is registered. We will update this section when the entity and its jurisdiction are finalised.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. We will change the date above when we do.
